A huge thank you to Aaron, Brogan and the team at Simply Plumbing for a fantastic experience. Aaron was incredibly easy to deal with from the first enquiry through to completion of the job. His communication was excellent, the quote was very competitive, and organising a time for the work was straightforward and hassle free. Brogan and his team did an outstanding job. They were friendly, respectful, and very considerate of the occupant of the property. They took care with the space, put everything back when they needed to move it, and completed the work efficiently and to a high standard. Most importantly, the occupant was extremely impressed with the team and had only positive things to say about their professionalism and workmanship. Simply Plumbing were fantastic to deal with over our renovation. We had them work with us across 2 new bathrooms and new hot water cylinder. They were so great to deal with, very easy communication and very accommodating as we staged the work to fit around us living in the reno. All staff on and off-site have been great to work with. Both Robbie and Ollie were a pleasure to have in our home - very pleasant, efficient and made a great job of our hot water heat pump. The site was left clean and tidy which was very much appreciated. Ollie from Simply Plumbing is such a kind, professional young man who explained everything and showed me the issue that he fixed for me. I'd recommend this young man and company to anyone who needs a plumber. I had an old tap that needed looking at which Ollie fixed. Not sure if price as I'm in a rental.
