Do you charge a call-out fee?
We charge one flat rate of $150 excluding GST for the first hour of labour. This covers all costs associated with the call out including travel and admin.
How quickly can you get to me?
If your job is an emergency during work hours we can usually be there within a few hours. If your house is flooding we can stop what we’re doing and come straight away to assist.
Do you offer emergency callouts?
We don’t offer after hours services at the moment. During business hours we do prioritise urgent jobs and can usually attend quickly.
Are your plumbers licensed?
Yes, all our plumbers are licensed and hold a current New Zealand plumbing licence.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, we guarantee all our work. If anything comes up after the job is completed, let us know and we’ll come back to remedy it.
How do I book a plumbing job, and what information do you need from me?
You can call us or email us at admin@simplyplumbing.co.nz to book a job. We’ll take the job details and provide you with a price for the work.We only need a few basics to get started: your name, phone number, email, and the jobaddress.
Do you provide plumbing services across all of the Christchurch region?
Yes, we work from Rolleston to Amberley as our daily service area. We can also make arrangements for project work outside of town if you’d like our services in other regions.
Which suburbs in Christchurch do you service for emergency plumbing?
We service all Christchurch suburbs for emergency plumbing during work hours. We also offer a call out service for our property manager clients.
Can I book a same-day plumbing job in Christchurch?
Often yes. We usually have gaps in the schedule and can get jobs in the same day. It’s always worth asking and we’ll do our best to fit you in.
Are there any areas in Christchurch you don’t service?
No, we service all areas of Christchurch.
