Yes, we’re happy to work alongside your builder or renovation team. We regularly coordinate with builders on site to keep the job running smoothly and make sure the plumbing work fits into the overall project timeline.

Do I need council consent for a bathroom renovation?

You only need consent when the work involves restricted building work. This usually includes waterproofing, such as installing a tiled shower. Adding new fixtures or moving existing ones beyond certain distances may also require a building consent or a consent exemption. The rules can vary depending on the scope, so it’sbest to check with us, your builder, or Christchurch City Council before you begin your project.

How early should I book plumbing services for my renovation?

Aaron was incredibly easy to deal with from the first enquiry through to completion of the job. His communication was excellent, the quote was very competitive, and organising a time for the work was straightforward and hassle free. Brogan and his team did an outstanding job. They were friendly, respectful, and very considerate of the occupant of the property. They took care with the space, put everything back when they needed to move it, and completed the work efficiently and to a high standard. Most importantly, the occupant was extremely impressed with the team and had only positive things to say about their professionalism and workmanship.
